Hello,
Just saying it doesnt work wont help us to find the issue. You need to give us a little more of information by posting your import file, screenshot of how you have set the language in your import template settings. Please post these details to find the cause of error.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
In your import file you have field virtuemart_category_id which is not supposed to be used. It is the primary key of the category table and it forces the system to load the data with the given id from table which may not be available. Remove this field and try doing the import.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
I am not seeing this error with your file when tested here. Can you try setting Use file for configuartion to Yes in your template settings and do the import? You can also remove the field category_name_trans as it is no more required, CSVI will take the category name from category path. If you still see the issue, can you send your site login details to tharuna@csvimproved.com, I will have a look at it.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,

Please check your database to see if the virtuemart_products_es_es and virtuemart_products_it_it tables exist.

Hello,
You have been telling that it doesnt work but the actual error seems to be 500 internal server error. I just tried import on your site and could see this error. Have a look at the 500 Internal server error document and see if it helps. If you still have the issue, you need to get your server error logs from your hosting provider so i can find out what is causing the error.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,

Let's take this from the beginning.

First, do an update of CSVI so you are on version 6.5.7, the current version. A number of issues have been fixed between your older and the current version.

Second, let's simplify your import file. To update the category translation you only need the category_path and category_path_trans, the other fields are not needed. As mentioned earlier the virtuemart_category_id field should not be used at all.

After that run the import and let me know how it goes by posting the debug log if it still doesn't work.

As for your 500 Internal Server Error, we cannot help you with this unless you provide us with the error from the error log, your hosting provider should be able to give you that error message.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello,

The error log tells us the real issue:

[Thu May 05 10:45:17 2016] [warn] [client 95.241.108.63] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Class 'Joomla\\String\\StringHelper' not found in /var/www/vhosts/http://legaitaly.com/www_2015_agg/administrator/components/com_csvi/addon/com_virtuemart/helper/com_virtuemart.php on line 416, referer: http://legaitaly.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_csvi&view=import
. This is because of the older Joomla version. The StringHelper class was not introduced until Joomla 3.5 due to a PHP 7 incompatibility.

Why not use an up-to-date Joomla version? You do know that Joomla 3.5 is a security release?

Anyway, it now looks like you have an older Joomla version and a newer CSVI version. So either you update Joomla or you downgrade CSVI again to 6.5.4. There is a known issue in the category import for not importing the description in the older CSVI versions which is fixed in 6.5.7.

My advice is to really use the up-to-date versions of all software. Not only for stability but also for security.
Kind regards,

RolandD
