Can you check the permission of logs folder under your Joomla installation? Seems like it don't have correct permissions.

Hello Kostas,
The error is because CSVI is not able to write the content to log file in logs folder. This can happen only with folder permission and there could be no other cause for it.

Hello Kostas,
As Tharuna said it can only be permissions but not only the 755 status of the folder but also the user and group of a folder must be correct.
Since you said it worked and later it didn't, what has changed?
