We have started getting error 500 trying to import data. Testing now using only 22 records and the data is fine so I'm not sure how to figure this out. server error logs show nothing. the folder permissions are correct. there needs to be a way to debug this better.

Hello,

You have provided very little info but the screenshot tells me that you are using an older CSVI version, so perhaps the new version may fix the issue. However without the error message from your server that is a shot in the dark. If you are looking at the correct server error log and there is no error, the server is badly configured. It is the server throwing the error and stopping CSVI from continuing, it is not a CSVI error.

there needs to be a way to debug this better.
Talk to the people who develop your webserver. This is pretty much the worst error ever invented. The only place the error is written is the server error log.
Kind regards,

RolandD
