Hi,

I worked with former csvi versions for many years and I know the advantages of this tool.
Now I have just installed csvi 5.21.2 on (VirtueMart 3.0.8
PHP Version 5.4.40 Joomla! 3.4.3 Stable, provider bluehost, domain: dentidog.com)

Whenever I try to use eg "Example VM Category Eport" I am getting the error-message
"Before any fields can be added for export, the template must be saved by clicking on the Save As new button at the top".

When I copy the existing Example-template to a new one I am getting the same error-message.
Of course I have read the thread #42608 and checked all my plugins and modules according to your "760-conflict-with-plugins". But I found no conflicting code.

So I'm stuck and your advice is highly appreciated.

Hello,

When you select the Example VM Category export template from the dropdown list, do you click on Load? If so, do you see any fields associated with the template?

Hello,

I see 5 fields:
category_path
category_description
file_url
file_url_thumb
published

To avoid misunderstandings I will attach a screenshot coming on after pressing the button "Open".
After that when I press on button "Go" I am receiving the error message
"Choose which fields you want to export
Before any fields can be added for export, the template must be saved by clicking on the Save As new button at the top"

The screenshot looks OK, after you have loaded the template, click on Process in the toolbar not the Go button in the middle of the screen. Does that work for you?
