Hello,

I have the same problem. I have joomla 3.3.6, CSVI pro 5.2 and Virtuemart 3. I had the same error and manually created the jobs_csvi_settings table in the phpMyAdmin.

Now a get this error:

jos_csvi_replacements' doesn't exist SQL=ALTER TABLE `jos_csvi_replacements` ALTER `findtext` DROP DEFAULT, ALTER `replacetext` DROP DEFAULT;

Thanks for your help.

Hello,

I solved the problem. After adding the new table in phpMyAdmin, I didn't uninstall the program from the extension manager. Worked fine after the uninstall.

Hello John,

Uninstalling CSVI won't remove the database tables but it sounds like you had some database inconsistencies causing the issue or an incorrect version number which caused the wrong updates to load. Since all is fine now, no need to worry :)
Kind regards,

The instal didn't have any errors, but when I tried to do an actual import, I got an error saying:
1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 3 SQL=SELECT name FROM jos_csvi_template_settings WHERE id =

Here are my versions:
MySQL = 5.1.69

PHP Version: 5.3.16

Joomla 3.3.6
Virtuemart: 3.0.0

Did you do an update from an earlier CSVI version?

Go to the About page in CSVI and click on the Fix database button to see if that solves your problem.

If none of that works you can delete the CSVI tables by going to Maintenance and select CSVI Pro from the first dropdown and then select Delete CSVI tables from the second dropdown. After that click Continue and this will remove all CSVI tables from the database. After that you can uninstall CSVI from the Extension Manager. Once that is completed you can do a new install of CSVI Pro.
Kind regards,

RolandD
