You must specify the text enclosure character in your template. Once you have done that, the CSV file can be read correctly.

Where is the file?
Using the " as enclosure character is no problem even if it is in your text because CSVI will handle that by creating the correct CSV file according to the CSV standard where " are duplicated if it is in the text.
