Resolved VM4 Multivariants custom labels not filled for parent product

Hi all,

When importing VM4 multivariants, the parent product's custom field values are not imported. I have to go manually after import and add them. See attached relevant info including template file and log. Linked also the import googlesheet file in the Site Url section, tharuna already has access.

Hello Chris,
Please load the attached patch file and check the import. Parent values should be selected with the fix in patch file. Let me know on how that goes.

Hi Tharuna,

Many thanks, gave it a go and it works. However i noticed the following: in the frontend, the custom field title is not shown until i manually save the parent product again in the backend, see attached what i mean (before and after saving pics).

Hello Chris,
Thank you for confirming patch is working. Regarding the custom title not shown, Please check if Show title is set to yes for the custom field in VirtueMart custom fields page. As much as I know it is the Show title field which controls the display of custom title on frontend.
