I bought CSVI Pro 6.0.1 and I am not able to make it work.

All your help files are for older versions of CSVI. For example there is no "Process" link in CSVI Pro 6.

When I try to export, it works few seconds, but the result is nothing, no file is downloaded, log:
Line Action Result Message
0 Incorrect Failure COM_CSVI_CANNOT_OPEN_FILE
0 Incorrect Failure COM_CSVI_CANNOT_START_EXPORT

When I try to import, the result is also some mistake. Log:
92 [Fri Aug 21 10:47:24.055022 2015] [:error] [pid 3450] [client 147.231.146.160:58209] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method CsviHelperFields::getAllFieldnames() in /home/_test/www/administrator/components/com_csvi/helper/file/import/csv.php on line 190, referer: http://www.test.cz/administrator/index.php?option=com_csvi&view=map&id=1

Can you please help? What am I doing wrong?

Thank you Peter

Hello Peter,

This error was found and is fixed in this patch and will be fixed in the release that will come out later today. Until then you can load the patch file or wait for the release later today.

Now this is most likely unrelated to the other error you see about not being able to open the file. Check that CSVI has enough rights to write to the folder tmp/com_csvi/export.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hi Roland,

thank you for your fast and detailed answer.

I uninstalled CSVI Pro and installed it again.

FYI: After installation there was this error:
Warning
JFolder: :delete: Path is not a folder. Path: /home/santiago_test/www/administrator/components/com_csvi/sql

Should I delete the folder "sql" manually?

FYI: When I was unistalling the plugin for Virtuemart, there was this error:
Warning
JFolder: :delete: Path is not a folder. Path: /home/santiago_test/www/administrator/components/com_csvi/addon/com_virtuemart

But the folder doesn't exist.

But very good new is, that after changing the directory permission the export works now! Thank you very much.

But I have other problem. When I am trying to add field "product_name", I am not able to find the field here:
Templates - Template fields - Quick Add - there is no field with name "product_name".

Can you please help?

Thank you Peter

Hello Peter,

Should I delete the folder "sql" manually?
No need, you can ignore this. I have fixed this for the next release.

But the folder doesn't exist.
That is because you installed CSVI first, I have this also fixed for the next release. The idea is that you install CSVI first, then any addons you may want. Once you want to uninstall you reverse this process so first remove the addons and then remove CSVI. That was the idea ;) I am updating the installation routines so it doesn't matter how you install. However installing CSVI before the addons will still be required.

But I have other problem. When I am trying to add field "product_name", I am not able to find the field here:
Check if you have selected the correct template and if so, you may need to update the available fields. A forced reset can be done by going to Maintenance -> Task -> Reset and confirm. After that go to the Available Fields page and click Update. See if you have the fields then.
Kind regards,

RolandD
