Hi i have a problem with csvi

I am trying to export a csv file & all i get is a empty csv file.
I also get an empty file if i try to download log. I copy pasted it in a txt file.
I also get allot of problems with option in the maintenance tab and some Internal Server error.

My joomla version is 3.4.3
Php is 5.5
Directory's permissions are ok

i have a problem with csvi
I figured, nobody comes here to say everything works fine :)

I am trying to export a csv file & all i get is a empty csv file.
Then you have not set the correct database type. Go to System -> Global configuration -> Server and set the Database Type to MySQLi and save the configuration.

I also get an empty file if i try to download log.
More people have that issue and I am trying to identify the issue. If you can send me a private message with username and password for Joomla and FTP, I can check it for you to see why that happens.

I also get allot of problems with option in the maintenance tab and some Internal Server error.
As for the internal server error, nothing I can say about that. There is a document specific for this issue, 500 Internal Server Error, with some guidelines. We need to get the real error from the hosting company to know what is going wrong.

My joomla version is 3.4.3
There is a newer Joomla version available.

Ok i uninstalled old version (didnt even noticed i had older version) and reinstalled new one.
All works fine now except product name field

I need to export a csv with the folowing data: Product Name, Sku, Price, and image url i am using the template example product export but i cant find the product name field.

Yes i did that still nothing i also tried to reset task. Still nothing
Product name does not show up in quick add in template only when i normaly add it but the i get a message in the log saying Found field product_name but this field is not supported. Ignoring this field.

Hello,

I think you are having the same issue as I posted in this thread. Your database is out of whack because of an older version.

Easiest way is to uninstall CSVI, remove all tables from your database that start with csvi_ and then install CSVI again and the VirtueMart addon. That will give you a complete clean installation. The fields should be there for export as well after running the update of the available fields.
