Resolved CSVI New Template no fields offered

CSVI version 6.5.3
Joomla version: 3.4.8
Virtuemart version: 3.0.12

Uploaded CSVI with Joomla extension manager, upgraded from version 5.x.x which worked. Had deleted CSVI tables and uninstalled earlier version of CSVI, so this is a fresh install.
Created a new template :
under Components: CSVI Pro -> Templates -> New -> Name -> Action Export.
Component -> CSVI Pro (There is no Virtuemart option, only CSVI and Joomla component choices)

Operation -> Custom tables.

Next: Select Source -> Destination -> Download

Next: Select options - see image 3

Next: select fields -> Group fields - No fields shown.
-> Details -> Component - No virtuemart option.

Hello,
You seem to have not installed CSVI virtuemart addon, you can find it in our site extensions download page. Install it and update available fields and you should be good to go.

Thank you for the prompt reply. After installing the Virtuemart plugin and updating the fields, there is still no success exporting. (Importing not yet attempted) .Message says that there are no fields chosen when I have set fields.
Update: Chose Templates -> Template Fields ->Edit Template Fields ->Quick Add
Chose from list, added fields successfully.
CSV file exported but data not showing. Will examine further.

Hello,
Your screenshot shows that you have not added any fields for export. Go to Templates >> template fields, select the template you created and add the fields you need to export. Then try doing an export.

Export is working correctly. Had product_desc when should have been product_name.

Hello,

Had product_desc when should have been product_name.
You selected the product short description instead of the product name.

The reason the description is empty is most likely due to a wrong chosen language in the export template. Go to the Options tab and make sure the correct language is chosen there.
