Resolved Cron job doesn't run

Hi,
I tried to cron an import:
php /var/www/vhosts/SITENAME/administrator/components/com_csvi/helper/cron.php --key="MYKEY" --template_id="ID" --file="/var/www/vhosts/SITENAME/FILE.csv"

But it doesn't run... can you help me?

Sorry, I didn't enable the frontend cron!
