Hello,

There are several issues:
  1. You have an old CSVI version, 6.4.3 is the current one
  2. You have an old Joomla version, 3.4.8 is the current one
  3. The PHP version found is not 5.5.30

Get the current versions of CSVI and Joomla to be sure you have up-to-date code. To check the PHP version in Joomla, you can go to System -> System Information and the PHP version used by Joomla will be shown there.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Roland,

Thanks for the reply. 5.5.30 is the PhP version shown under system configuration (see file attached). I updated my Joomla to the latest version but having issue downloading the latest CSVI Pro version even though I have a subscription. I am communicating with the CSVI Pro staff, regarding this issue. :( It's a bit frustrating having paid for a component that I can't get loaded. Again, thanks for your reply. I will try again once I am able to download the most recent version of CSVI Pro.

Hello Lane,

It's a bit frustrating having paid for a component that I can't get loaded.
I understand it is an unfortunate turn of circumstances.

When you installed version 6.4.2. there were still old CSVI tables in your database and the installer had an issue updating them. This has been fixed in 6.4.3. You downloaded 6.4.2 a few weeks ago and in the meantime we released the fix. I guess you didn't get round to installing CSVI earlier, so if you would have downloaded CSVI just before installing, there wouldn't have been a problem.

The best way forward now is to remove all the tables in your database that start with csvi_ and uninstall anything that is left from CSVI in Joomla (if there is any). After that you can install 6.4.2 or 6.4.3 as you please. Do not forget you also need to install the add-on for the extension you will use CSVI with.

Let me know how it goes.
Kind regards,

RolandD
