Resolved changing image alt-text not working

I am trying to rename the image alt-text of the products. The products already have images and names. This was done without csvI. Now I want to rename the alt text with importing product_sku and file_meta. Import works without error. But the Image are still named with the old name. How is it possible to remane images?

Are you using the media import? Post the debug log as well if you want me to check it.
