Resolved category_path and file_url fields are missing

Hello,
I try to import categories using CSVI Pro 6.5.6 and VirtueMart 3.0.16.
My import template has the following Details

Operations

Action
Import

Component
VirtueMart

Operation
Categories

I try to set fields to the import template but I can't find Category_path and file_url fields available.
