Hello Rolandd,

I use CSVI Pro 6.1.2
Why I can't be updated to vertion 6.4.2?

Warning
Error connecting to the server: 403
Error
Failed to download package. Download it and install manually from http://www.csvimproved.com/en/component/ars/?view=download&id=259&dummy=my.zip.

Hello Alex,

Go to Components -> CSVI Pro and click on the Options button. There you will find the Update Settings where you need to enter your Download ID.

The Download ID you can find on the My Subscriptions page.

After that is done, you should be able to update CSVI Pro from within Joomla.

I checked - ID belongs to the new, operating subscription.

OMG, I apologize... I, apparently, understood...
The license is provided on one site?
I prepare the new site on replacement of http://www.q-watch.ru
But I do it on other domain - http://www.qwatch.ru
Whether it is possible to make the license for both of these sites? The second at me simply test.

It may be needed to clear the cache on the updates because I don't see your name as trying to do the download, so the link may be incorrect.

Of course, you can always download the update from the site.

There is no license per site, you can use CSVI on as many sites as you like. The download link constructed on your site is incorrect, the download ID is not being passed.

Perhaps, there are some restrictions at connection to the server?
At me it is written that there is a mistake at connection to the server 403.

The code 403 means forbidden and that happens because the server can't identify you. Have you updated your site from a 2.5 version?

In that case, perhaps you still have an old plugin active that may interfere with the update. Go to the Plugins page and check if you still have a plugin installed and/or enabled called "Installer - CSV Improved". If so, you can uninstall this plugin as it is no longer needed.

Hello Alex,

Since it must be something with the Download ID, I was wondering why it wouldn't load it. So I did some checking and it looks like a missing connection between CSVI and the updater. I have prepared a patch file that you can load.

Follow these steps:
  1. Load the patch file
  2. Go to Components -> CSVI Pro (this fixes the missing connection)
  3. Clear the cache on your updates
  4. Scan for updates
  5. Select the CSVI Pro update
  6. Install the update

That should work now. Let me know how it goes.

Thanks, component it was updated.
However, I started updating only of CSVI.
I wanted to update a plug-in for FastSeller later, but it disappeared from the list of updatings. Whether everything is normal, it was updated together with the main CSVI component?

CSVI doesn't control the update process, this is the Joomla installer. All I can think of is that it got checked by accident and was updated as well?
