Resolved Can't set up rule

Hello,
I was going to set up a rule for a template (done this before with earlier versions of CSVI), but seem to be unable to do this.
When I click on new, there is a mandatory field Plugin* with an empty list in it... Do I have to install plugins for this separately and if so where do I find them?

Please check if csvirules plugins are enabled from Joomla extensions menu >>Plugins.

Hello tharuna,
thanks for the hint - I wasn't aware there were extra plugins to activate. :blush:
Maybe you can also help me with setting up the prices export correctly? We have several tax rules and discount rules and
products only take the default rules, i.e. they don't have fixes rules (like a certain tax rule) associated with them. In the tutorials I've read about setting the shopper group of the vendor to that of the template and I've done that. Nevertheless I can only eport the fields product_price (which is the net price) and product_override_price. If I try to export e.g. sales_price or I get an empty export file. I'm pretty sure I'm missing some things again, but don't know where to look for...
Do have another hint for me?

Hello Petra,

These plugins are usually activated upon install of CSVI.

The price export out of VirtueMart is annoying to say the least ;) CSVI uses the usergroup of the product unless otherwise specified in the options. Please start a new thread for this issue and post the settings and debug log of your export, to get an idea of what is being exported.
