Hello,
since we upgraded to the last version of CSVI pro (6.4.2) some fields are missing when export Virtuemart products.
- These are the fields we have been exporting before upgrading:
product_sku, product_parent_sku, product_name, product_s_desc , product_desc, slug, pordering, category_path, metaauthor, metadesc, metakey, metarobot, product_url (these fields are available in import, but not all in export)
- But these are the fields we can export now:
product_sku, pordering, metaauthor, metarobot, product_url
I've done Maintenance-tasks-reset and Maintenance-available fields-update, but I can't add the missing fields.
These are the settings for more information to help us
Setting Value
Display errors No
Magic quotes runtime No
Magic quotes gpc No
PHP version 5.5.30
Joomla! version 3.4.5
Database schema version 6.4.2
Thanks

Hello,
Seems like your available fields table is not getting updated properly. can you try this Uninstall CSVI, Install CSVI and then install the VirtueMart addon, update the available fields and see if you can see these fields?

Done, but the result is the same.
The version before was 5.16 pro, I said "upgrade" but I'm not really sure. We passed from J2.5 jo J3 with the help of a company and they made all the job.

I think the issue is in the database structure because the index is incorrect on the availablefields table. Can you delete the csvi_availablefields table from your database and then do the uninstall and install of CSVI and the VirtueMart addon.
Kind regards,
RolandD

I've done your suggestions, now all the fields appear correctly when export.
But I see that the field product_url is not showing the url how it used to do, here is a sample of the same sku with the two options.
Export SEF URLs? Yes
index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=productdetails&virtuemart_product_id=340&virtuemart_category_id=148&Itemid=1
Export SEF URLs? No
/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=productdetails&virtuemart_product_id=340&virtuemart_category_id=148&Itemid=1
Maybe is a virtuemart issue?
Thanks

Hello,
It looks like you haven't enabled your SEF URLs. Check if you have any external SEF extension enabled or try enabling Joomla SEF plugin.

Hello
I am facing somewhat similar issue when trying to export Categories and Products. Fields like product_name and category_name are not in the Visual Available Fields.
I did the steps mentioned in this topic (delete the available fields table, uninstall & reinstall and also specified the domain) but still unable to find these "missing" fields. See attached.
Have I missed something or any other possibilities?
Joomla version: 3.4.5
Virtuemart version: 3.0.12
CSVI version: 6.4.3
Thanks in advance

Hello,
It might be you have an issue if you updated from an older CSVI version. What you can do is delete the table csvi_availablefields from the database. Uninstall CSVI and then install CSVI and the VirtueMart addon again. You should have all the fields then or if not you may have to do the update of the available fields once more.

How to update the available fields once more?

Hello Patrick,
I logged in, hit the Update button on the Available Fields page and as far as I can see all fields are there now. Can you confirm?
