Hello,

I have the following programs and versions,

CSVI Pro Version: 6.4.3
Joomla! version: 3.4.8
PHP version: 5.4.16
VirtueMart 3.0.10

I have CSVI now a few days, but do not come out of this problem:

I have nothing imported yet, I first want to have a good export file.
To get all the details of the items completely, I made a list of fields that I want to read.
Three fields I can add, but are not collected for the exportfile.

These three fields are:

product_name
product_desc
layout

what I am doing wrong?

Hi I have the same problem, the fields for exporting
product_desc and product_s_desc are not added to export file.

was a clean install, done reset of task as well as update available fields.
with quick add in template fields, product_desc and product_s_desc not visible, had to add those with "new".

Hello,
The problem could be because of index of csvi_availablefields table is not complete. Can you delete the csvi_availablefields table, uninstall and install CSVI, install Virtuemart addon, reset tasks and update available fields?

it is not fun anymore,

I now have three times uninstalled and installed CSVI, no result.
I have created an export file with only three fields.

product_name
product_desc
product_s_desc

following error is displayed:

Unfortunately, there are no fields set for this template. Now I don't know what to export. Go to Templates -> Template fields and add the fields you would like to export.

I have to add the new fields with the new button.
In the quick add option, the fields are not displayed.

Hello,

It's a new year, let's make a new start.

Reading through this, I notice some peculiar things such as the quick add being empty but the fields being there using the Add button. This indicates there are issues with the database, this usually happens when the old tables were left.

Please bear with me and follow these steps.
I now have three times uninstalled and installed CSVI, no result.
I understand this has been done but I think the database has never been cleaned.

If you can send me a private message with login details, I will check your installation for you.

Hello Roland,

The problem is solved.
you were right, I never cleaned the database.

procedure repeated again, uninstall and install ....
And it works. The fields are now also visible in the quick add feature.
