Hello Rolandd,

I read a topic on this forum where it says that JoomSEF export is possible now, but I don't know how to create such template, since the JoomSEF option or fields don't appear. I have the CSVI Pro 6.5.7, do I have to install anything else?

Thank you very much,

Hello,

You don't mention which topic but I believe that topic is several years old. At the moment CSVI has no specific JoomSEF support

but I don't know how to create such template, since the JoomSEF option or fields don't appear
You cannot choose the SEF engine, CSVI takes it from whatever is activated in Joomla and supported by CSVI.

Although no specific engine is supported at the moment because it is very difficult to support them as Joomla can't really handle generating SEF URLs in the administrator section.

The only reliable way seems to be to request the SEF URL from the frontend but this has the downside you are sending a lot of requests to your own site. Depending on how many items you want to export this can be OK or not OK.

Which export are you running?
Kind regards,

RolandD

Ok, you are right, this is from Dec.2014:

And I thought the functionality was still there, just that I was not able of finding it.
