When I try to download Ice cat index file following error message appears:

"An error occured processing the records. The error occured is shown below if available. Additionally check your server log for any errors or warnings."

What I have to do?

If I download only "supplier index" it is working well.

I try to put lowest "lines per import" for example 500 or 100, but error is same.
I try to download manually file and store it by ftp in icecat index path, but i don't solve problem.

Thanks in advance for any answer.

Hello,

Yes that will work because the file is small. You are comparing a 23KB file against a 25MB file.

I try to put lowest "lines per import" for example 500 or 100, but error is same.
I don't think this will work yet because it doesn't even get to start the import.

Did you store the unpacked file on the server? You should have a file called icecat_index in the tmp/com_csvi folder of about 123MB. This is the unzipped version of the ICEcat index.
Kind regards,

Hello,

file.index.csv
Why did you name the file file.index.csv? I told you the file needs to be called icecat_index.

In page CSVI-setting -Icecat i can see on rtable below
This is just a list of records imported. You still need to import the file index.
Kind regards,

Hello,

Where i can find file icecat_index?
This is the file that is downloaded from ICEcat. CSVI downloads the zipped file and then unpacks it. In the folder tmp/com_csvi you will find a file called icecat_index.gzip. If you unpack that file you get the icecat_index file (no extension). This is the file CSVI needs to import. The size of this file is around 123MB.

with wich exstension (csv, xml or..)?
The file has no extension.

Is it necessary full icecat profile?
No need, it is the same file just bigger.
Kind regards,

RolandD
