Hi! After upgrade to CSVI Pro 7, i do the operation of the export and I see: "The last server response has not been received in a timely fashion The server may still be busy or stopped the process You can wait a little longer to see if the server will sent.. a response or cancel the process. " I wait and have the 500 error. What could be the problem ? And what can i do? Thanks!

Did you also update the CSVI Pro addon? Only updating the component will lead to this error. After updating the component, you also need to update the CSVI Pro extension for the component you are using CSVI with.

That is the first thing you can check.

I did the plugin update. This virtuemart. I do again - no result. Problem unchanged. It makes sense to look for a problem in php settings? Where can I see the requirements for modules php?

Hello,
Since you said you are having a 500 error, it would be good to look at 500 error document which would give you few possible causes for this error. You can also check your server error log and see if you have any log for the error.

I go to the Export menu. I choose a template. Click "Export". See "Last server response": 1..2..3 .... 30. The XML file is not created.
And: "The last server response has not been received in a timely fashion The server may still be busy or stopped the process You can wait a little longer to see if the server will sent a response or cancel the process ..."

I am waiting for some time. see open window (screenshot attached)

You are getting Internal server error in your export. Please check the 500 error document i linked in my previous post. If the document doesn't help then you need to check your server error logs to know on what is causing this error. Post the server log error information to check.

I do not see com_csvi.log (see attached) 500 error message. But export no successful. I import the template that you sent to me some time ago.

Hello,
I don't think this issue is related to the import template. The export debug log you sent shows there is an loop running in retrieving the category ids. Can you send me your VirtueMart tables mysql dump and also your template XML to check? You can get your template XML from CSVI maintenance menu, select CSVI Pro on first option, Backup templates on the second option, select your export template and click continue. Post the downloaded XML file.

Since you have 500 error, CSVI debug log wont help us to find the cause for this error. You need to check it in your server error logs. You can ask your hosting people to provide server error logs so we can check it for you.

Hello,
You need ask your hosting provider for the real error if it doesn't show in your cpanel error logs. Without that we wont be able to help you. In the meantime i was thinking if it has something to do with Export SEF URLs? set to Yes in your export template. As per your tables there are more than 1500 products in your database and for each product, SEF is generated by sending the request to front end. So i guess your server is not able to handle these many requests with the given time. Just to give a try, can you set your export to 50 or 100 records and see if it completes? To do that in your export template settings on File tab, set From record field to 1 and To record field to 50 or 100 and try the export.

To know which limit you run into we need to know what the real error is behind the Internal Server Error 500 you get. Did you get an answer from your hosting provider what is in the server error log? This error doesn't show up in the cPanel error log, that is why the hosting provider needs to be asked.

Once we know what the real error is, we can look further. If it is just a matter of time out, the hosting provider would need to allow for a longer execution time in which case the max_execution_time needs to be increased.

Hello! I have godaddy hosting. Here no contact support. I wrote on the forum - no answer. I will be to change hosting provider. Then I will look for an answer.
Max_execution_time now have 120 seconds. But I see a message in CSVI-Export: "The last server response has not been received in a ...." after 30 seconds. After 120 seconds I see a pop-up window: "Status error: 500 Status message: Internal Server Error " The cPanel "Last 300 Error Log .." error message no.

Hello,
One more option is you can try setting maximum execution time in your export template. You can do that by clicking on Advance button, on Limit tab, set Override system limits to Yes and set a maximum execution time in there. Now it is 120, try setting it to 300 and see what happens. This wont work if your server is not a VPS or dedicated server.
