Hi

I have just purchased CSVI. I have installed this and the Hikashop plugin. I have added the test data templates. On the export orders I have the standard order statuses. However I have other order statuses but these do not appear as an option. How can these be added to a template please?

Thanks

Dave

Hello Dave,
Please load the attached patch file and run your export. Check if the error is gone.

Also please attach the debug log as file in your reply. Posting it in Optional Information section makes it difficult for us to read the content.

Hello Dave,
Thank you for pointing that out. We realised HikaShop stores order status in its own individual table other than category table. RO CSVI code was retrieving status from category table and so your other status were not shown. I have fixed this issue with attached patch file. Please load the patch file from RO CSVI Maintenance menu as explained in the linked document and check your export.

Let me know on how it goes.

Hi Tharuna

I now have the other statuses. So when the next set of orders are ready to be exported I can run and check that it is working as expected.

Thanks

Hi Tharuna

I have just created a test using confirmed orders and where users have more than one order there is several duplicated addresses. Is there a way to prevent this as only one address would be required for an order.

Thanks

Dave

Sure let us know. Such issues comes up when HikaShop change their code behaviour. Glad to know that you found it out for us:D

Please check Use Group by and Sort by document to avoid duplicates on export.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
