Hi, when trying to use csv on virtuemart, always get 500 error, i tried upgrading php, adding suhosin flag, using different templates, validating with mapper with no luck, i just need a little bit of help.

Please have a look at 500 internal error document which can help you fix the issue. You can also check your server error logs, there may be some clue about the 500 error you are having.

Hosting manager says there is no specific error on server, still not able to use your extension, i like so much your extension but since is not working for me i had to buy another one, im requesting a refund for this extension since is not working for me. Let me know if you need proof.

Once an extension has been downloaded there is no refund. I think you have not given us enough time to help you resolve your issue, nor have you given us any feedback. So your hosting provider is not able to give you an error that is caused by the server. As you will see on the forum that the 500 server error is what it says an error with the server and not with the software.

What I need is more information from you as to tell you what needs to be changed to make your server behave.

Hmm, no refund?. Ok help me to make it work, i will give you a 2nd chanze, i only see the 500 error, php 5.5, no other issue on server, using ssl, no error logs, need more info ?

i only see the 500 error
When and where?

php 5.5
That PHP version is fine.

no error logs
There must be an error log because the server generates an error. Unless the server is setup to ignore all errors and not log anything.

We primarily need the error generated by the server then we will know what to do. An explanation of what you are trying to do will be useful as well. If you are doing an import a sample of the file you are importing and your template settings. You can export the template via the Maintenance menu by doing a backup of your template. You can zip that file and post it here as well.

Im trying to use your extension, i tried downloading the example template you provide with the example product and will not load even that product, still the same error. I dont know where to look for the error log.

You're hosting provider should be able to tell you.

Have you looked at the file permissions?
