i get this message

Hello,
There is something wrong going on with a query for getting child products in your export. Please post the debug log of the export to check.To get the debug log check How to get debug information document.

Hello,
Thank you for posting the debug log but unfortunately there are no queries in the log to check where it is breaking. Is it possible to send the site login details and (S)FTP details to check the export on your site? You can post the details in Site tab under your reply.

i exclude a category on the export and the proccess is ok
