Hello,

Since couple of days we get 404 error while importing despite earlier it was working fine.
Next to info about error there is a massage: Category not found in Norwegian language.
How to fix it?

Best regards

Hello,

Since couple of days we get 404 error while importing despite earlier it was working fine.
What has been changed on the server?

It looks more like a URL that it tries to get cannot be found or is not allowed to open. Perhaps some security extension has been set to prevent access?
Kind regards,

RolandD

As we remember, nothing serious changed. Just some products in VM.

We have AdminTools and RS Firewall on board but even after uninstallation, CSVI still throws error...

Have a look at the document Using Firebug to analyze problems.

Check what you see as output from the console. The data we want to see is the Response but also the URL the request is going to. Just to get an idea of what it is calling. With this information you may be able to track what the server is doing.
Kind regards,

RolandD

I did testing with Firefox Developer Tools - it works the same as Firebug - I think.
First url give empty result as response and second just throws html code of error page.

I attached screen.

Hello,
The screenshot shows that your URL is first redirected and then goes to 404 URL not found. Can you try copying the URL you see in firebug console and paste it in browser and tell us what you see there? This will help us to know if we are able to reach to the file or something is blocking it. Also, can you please post your debug log and sample file you used for import?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Following your suggestion, I found out that it was because of htaccess which was generated by Admin Tools. And after AT uninstallation, htaccess was still in main folder blocking.
I switched it off and now import is working ok.

Thank You for help!
