Hi.

I recieve "403 error Access forbidden" when I try to update csvi. How could I fix it? I've read it maybe something about the firewall? I filled download ID in options.

Thank you

Hello,

Check if you have followed the steps and you are using the correct download ID as explained in the How to enable updates in CSVI. If all that is done, make sure you empty the Joomla cache as well.
Kind regards,

Hi,
I've done it. Copied download ID, cleaned cache.
However I still get the same error - "can't download" or 403 error page.

Maybe there's something wrong with activation code? Can I check it somewhere? I have only this issue with csvi.

Hello Matt,

Maybe there's something wrong with activation code?
As long as you take the activation code from your subscription page for the active subscription that should be OK.

Go to Components -> CSVI Pro so you are at the dashboard and then go to Extensions -> Manage Update, clear the cache again and see if there is an update. If you don't get an update send me your download ID in a private message and I will check it.
Kind regards,

RolandD
