Hi,
I am trying to install CSVI PRO but I am getting the following error:
1054 Unknown column 'process' in 'field list' SQL=SELECT name AS text, id AS value, process FROM wjp3i_csvi_template_settings ORDER BY name.
I have tried to apply the patch indicate in the following post in the forum (TOPIC: Error: 1054 Unknown column "customfield_value") but I still get the same error.
When I try to access the "process" page to get the debug data I receive the same error message. I am referring to this page: >>> How to enable debug info? CSVI 4/5 Click on Process

Hello,
I see you have been on the About page as this shows the Database is not up to date. Have you tried clicking the Fix button in the top right corner?
First the database needs to be correct before you can continue.

I didn't click on it.
I have clicked on it now, but unfortunately I don't see changes.
In the same page I have noticed the following (see imaage)
Folder Status Options
/web/htdocs/www.MyWebsite.it/home/tmp Writable
/web/htdocs/www.MyWebsite.it/home/tmp/com_csvi Not writable
/web/htdocs/www.MyWebsite.it/home/tmp/com_csvi/debug Not writable
I clicked on the two "Create folder" button but I don't see changes.
Is there something I can do?

I have clicked on it now, but unfortunately I don't see changes.
Are the database issues gone?
As for the unwritable folders it may be that they are there but not writable. Double check on the server if the folders have the correct permission.
