hello, I can't import contacts from .xlsx file, gives the error "An error has occurred during the import. below the information received from the server"
Status error:200
Status message: OK,

Hello,
Support is given on issues with active subscription. I do not see any active subscription with the email used in this post. Do you have an active subscription?

We recommend to update to latest RO CSVI 8.9.3 version and check the import.
