Hello, I'm looking at the CVSI Export tool for Joomla and would be using it to export Customers with Phone Numbers and Addresses / Cities for J2Store. Would this export the name of the customer and their cities together in one sheet?
Does this same tool export sales or products?
Thank you,
Craig

Hello Craig,
Yes using J2Store address export template you can export address details of a user with name in one sheet.
Using RO CSVI you can export address details, orders and products from J2Store.

I'm starting to get the hang of this export, but I'm not able to get it exactly how I need it. I'm exporting J2Store addresses and getting almost all of the fields I need, except for what UserGroup the customer is in. Is it possible to export that also into the J2Store Fields? I see it in the Joomla User....I'm not sure if this is possible though.
If I'm not able to do that, I can probably merge in Excel based on User Ids and matching them up from both exports.
Hope that made sense.

Hello,
UserGroup field is not available with J2Store address export. You should be running Joomla user import, create users first and then using email field link the user with J2Store address details.
Hope that answers your question.

I'm not sure that I fully understand.
Do I export the Users / Groups / Emails
Then Export J2Store Address and Emails
Then use Excel to get them into one sheet?

Hello,
Usergroups field is only available with Joomla users export template and is not available with J2Store address export template.
There are two ways to do this
1. Using RO CSVI advanced custom table export join J2Store address table and Joomla user table and add template fields and run the export. The problem with this export is you need to join all tables related to J2Store address export in the template so it works like J2Store address export template. Since this is a generic template there are no filter options available like in J2Store address export template.
2. You can to do two exports Joomla user export and J2Store address export and merge the excel based on user emails. This has to be done manually and not by using RO CSVI.
