Resolved Error when click on export button for k2 items

Hi Team, I am using RO CSVI 7.20.0 in my website. There is function to export k2 items. When I click on export button for k2 items , I am getting following error.
An error has occurred.

0 Call to a member function yieldObjects() on null

Could you please help me for this?

Hello,
Support is only given to user issues with active subscription. PDO driver support in export was included in RO CSVI 8.0.0 version so there seems to be some misconfiguration with your RO CSVI installation.

How can I update RO CSVI Component? I need to keep existing export and import setting/template/Logs with new update.

Hello,
You need an active subscription to download latest RO CSVI 8.10.0 version. Once you have the latest RO CSVI package you can install it from Joomla extension manager so your current RO CSVI 7.20.0 version will be updated to RO CSVI 8.10.0 version. There will be no changes made to existing export and import templates and settings with update and they will remain the same.
