Resolved child category export

i have an xml product export that export childs only, but on the child we do not add categories to do not show on the site, so also does not exported on the xml, how can i export the parent category tree please???

Hello,
Please note that support is given only for issues with active subscription.

In product export template on Options tab you can set Use Parent values field to Yes. This will get parent product values for child product if they don't have values set.
