Hello I am looking to buy RO CSV and I just want to double check - can you import Joomla Custom Fields & Tags per article?
And on the J2Store import, can it do the Filters?

Yes, you can import Joomla custom fields and tags for Joomla articles.

And on the J2Store import, can it do the Filters?

Using J2Store Product filter import you can import filters for a product.
